What this job involves - JLL is seeking a Senior Space Data and CAD Manager to serve as a strategic leader and technical expert overseeing CAD systems, drawing management, spatial data governance, and workplace data operations across regional or global portfolios. - In this role, you will help ensure that floor plans, space records, occupancy data, and related workplace information are accurate, standardized, and actionable for clients and internal stakeholders. - This role goes beyond traditional CAD administration by combining enterprise drawing governance, space data management, systems integration, reporting, and strategic portfolio support. - You will lead efforts to strengthen data quality, improve consistency across CAD, BIM, IWMS, and CAFM environments, and enable better decision-making through trusted spatial and workplace data. - The role is ideal for a leader who can connect technical drawing standards with broader business intelligence and operational outcomes. What your day-to-day will look like - Define, implement, and govern enterprise standards for CAD, BIM, and space data management, including drawing lifecycle controls, naming conventions, quality protocols, and documentation practices. - Lead the integration and synchronization of CAD drawings and spatial records with IWMS, CAFM, and related enterprise workplace platforms to support accurate reporting and operational workflows. - Own space data governance activities across portfolio records, including data validation, classification standards, attribute consistency, audit controls, and issue resolution. - Oversee regular auditing and validation programs for floor
