Role Overview

As a Senior Staff Product Designer, you will lead the design of AI platform features from concept to launch. You will shape how AI permeates our application, ensuring that every interaction feels intuitive, trustworthy, and powerful. Your work will directly influence the experience of our enterprise customers, and you will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and go‑to‑market stakeholders to bring new capabilities to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Vision & Strategy – Define a compelling design vision for AI integration across the platform, translating business goals into user‑centric solutions.
• End‑to‑End Design Leadership – Own the design process from research and ideation to high‑fidelity prototypes, user testing, and final hand‑off.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration – Partner with engineering, product, and customer success teams to ensure designs are feasible, scalable, and aligned with product roadmaps.
• UX Research & Testing – Conduct in‑depth user interviews, usability tests, and data analysis to uncover pain points and validate design decisions.
• Design System & Pattern Development – Create reusable AI interaction patterns and component libraries that can be leveraged across multiple product lines.
• Mentorship & Culture Building – Mentor junior designers, lead design reviews, and champion a culture of empathy, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
• Stakeholder Communication – Present design concepts to senior leadership, articulate trade‑offs, and advocate for user needs in strategic discussions.

Essential Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional design experience in a startup or resource‑constrained environment, delivering high‑impact products at a rapid pace.
• Proven track record of shipping AI‑driven products end‑to‑end, with a portfolio that showcases thoughtful AI integration.
• Expertise in visual design, interaction design, and information architecture, with a strong eye for detail and usability.
• Hands‑on experience with prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or equivalent, and familiarity with AI tools like Claude, Make, or Cursor.
• Excellent presentation, collaboration, and communication skills—able to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling narratives.
• Empathy for users and a passion for solving real‑world problems through design.
• Strong understanding of web application constraints and the ability to design within technical boundaries.
• Experience leading design reviews and influencing cross‑functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in enterprise software or procurement domains.

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $220,000 – $270,000, commensurate with experience and skill set. In addition, you will receive:
