We're seeking experienced Senior Tax Managers and Tax Directors to join our growing tax practice. What You'll Do
Lead and manage complex tax engagements for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts. Oversee tax planning, compliance, and consulting for a diverse client base, including high-net-worth individuals and closely held businesses. Review complex tax returns and provide strategic guidance to clients on tax planning strategies and opportunities. Supervise, mentor, and develop staff, seniors, and other tax professionals. Manage and strengthen client relationships through effective communication, responsiveness, and technical expertise. Collaborate directly with partners and firm leadership on client advisory services, business development, and practice growth.
What We're Looking For
CPA or EA certification. Bachelor's degree in Accounting; Master's in Taxation or Accounting preferred. 7+ years of public accounting tax experience, including experience managing complex tax engagements, client relationships, and tax teams. Strong background in Individual, Partnership, and Corporate taxation. Experience managing and reviewing complex tax engagements and leading client relationships. Experience working with Real Estate and/or Construction clients is strongly preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with team members. Experience with CCH Axcess preferred. Compensation & Benefits Competitive Base Salary: $160k–$225k+, based on experience, seniority, and qualifications. Annual performance bonuses. 100% Remote – Work from anywhere in the U.S. Average busy season hours of 50–55 per week. Summer Fridays with shortened workdays during the summer months.
