You will own the entire customer lifecycle—from first touch to renewal—while acting as the voice of the customer across product, engineering, sales, and marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Portfolio Management: Own a curated set of accounts, driving Net Revenue Retention (NRR) through proactive engagement, expansion, and renewal.
- Success Planning: Build clear, data‑driven success plans with measurable goals, priorities, and next steps.
- Customer Advocacy: Conduct regular check‑ins, identify risks early, and develop mitigation plans that keep projects on track.
- Technical Enablement: Understand each customer’s product roadmap, recommend the most relevant brighthush endpoints, and troubleshoot integration challenges.
- Expansion & Upsell: Spot opportunities for additional API usage or premium features, and lead the end‑to‑end sales cycle.
- Onboarding Excellence: Deliver a seamless handover from sales, create integration roadmaps, and help customers achieve first value quickly.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product to surface customer pain points, with Engineering to resolve technical blockers, and with Marketing to co‑create educational resources.
- Outcome Ownership: When projects become complex, simplify the problem, make decisive judgments, and drive the customer to a successful outcome.
