Senior Vice President

Role Description The Senior Vice President role is a full-time, remote position responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and overall performance of MILAN DREAMS DECORATION DESIGN AND FIT OUT L.L.C. This role involves leading business planning, setting growth objectives, and supervising design, fit-out, and renovation projects to ensure quality, timeliness, and budget alignment. The Senior Vice President will manage senior leaders across civil works, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, AC, and maintenance, providing guidance on resource allocation and operational efficiency. Daily responsibilities include reviewing project pipelines, monitoring financial performance, driving client relationship management, and ensuring safety and compliance standards are met. The role also requires collaborating with cross-functional teams, identifying new market opportunities, and enhancing internal processes to support sustainable business expansion in a remote leadership capacity.

Qualifications

Strong leadership and executive management skills, including strategic planning, decision-making, and team leadership. Proven experience in interior design, decoration, or fit-out projects, with familiarity in planning, design, and renovation workflows. Knowledge of civil works, including tiles installation, painting, ceiling work, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and AC systems. Expertise in project management, budgeting, resource planning, and performance monitoring for multi-site or multi-trade operations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills for working with clients, vendors, and internal teams. Ability to lead and collaborate effectively in a remote environment, using digital tools to manage teams and projects. Background in construction, engineering, architecture, or business management; advanced degree or equivalent senior experience is an advantage. Demonstrated track record in driving business growth, process improvement, and quality assurance in a service-based organization.
