Senior Vice President Finance

Role Description The Senior Vice President Finance is a full-time remote role responsible for leading the organization’s overall financial strategy, planning, and leadership. This role oversees preparation, analysis, and presentation of financial statements and reports for executive leadership and stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include directing budgeting and forecasting processes, monitoring cash flow, and ensuring accurate, timely financial reporting and compliance with relevant standards and regulations. The SVP Finance will collaborate with cross-functional leaders to evaluate investments, manage risk, optimize resource allocation, and support strategic initiatives. This role also involves mentoring finance team members, strengthening internal controls, and continuously improving financial systems, tools, and processes.

Qualifications

Strong finance leadership background with expertise in Finance, Financial Planning, and long-term strategic budgeting. Proficiency in preparing and interpreting Financial Statements and overseeing comprehensive Financial Reporting. Advanced Analytical Skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear insights and recommendations. Extensive experience in executive-level financial management, including cash flow management, forecasting, and risk assessment. Demonstrated success leading and developing high-performing finance teams in a remote or distributed environment. Knowledge of relevant accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices in financial governance. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams. Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are an advantage.
