Senior Vice President of Asset Management

Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a 资产管理高级副总裁 (Senior Vice President of Asset Management). The role is responsible for leading asset management strategies across EPG’s residential and master-planned community portfolio, including performance analysis, value optimization, and long-term planning. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing financial performance of assets, reviewing budgets and forecasts, monitoring market trends, and assessing investment returns. The Senior Vice President will collaborate with property management, finance, and investment teams to develop and execute business plans, manage risks, and support acquisition and disposition decisions. The role also includes preparing executive-level reports, mentoring team members, and ensuring alignment of asset strategies with overall company objectives.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Asset Management and Property Management skills, with experience overseeing complex real estate portfolios. Candidates should possess solid Finance and Investments skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and evaluating investment performance. Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making, risk assessment, and market analysis. Extensive experience in real estate asset management, preferably within residential and master-planned communities. Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and external partners. Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, demonstrating self-direction, accountability, and strong organizational skills.
