Senior Vice President of Corporate Operations

Role Description The Senior Vice President of Corporate Operations at Carrier Maroc is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing end-to-end corporate operations, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives and performance targets. This role directs cross-functional operational planning, establishes and monitors KPIs, and drives continuous improvement initiatives across business units. The SVP leads budgeting and resource allocation in partnership with finance, evaluates operational risk, and implements policies and frameworks to enhance efficiency, quality, and compliance. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding senior operational leaders, reviewing performance reports and analytics, optimizing business processes, and collaborating with executive leadership on long-term growth and transformation initiatives. The role also involves building high-performing teams, mentoring managers, and fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

Demonstrated expertise in Operations Management and Business Process Improvement, with a track record of optimizing complex corporate operations. Strong Analytical Skills and Finance acumen to interpret data, manage budgets, and support strategic financial decisions. Proven Team Leadership experience, including leading senior managers, developing talent, and driving cross-functional collaboration. Extensive experience in executive-level operations or corporate strategy roles, preferably within multinational or large-scale organizations. Advanced degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decisions at all levels. Strong skills in change management, organizational development, and implementing large-scale transformation initiatives. Fluency in English; proficiency in French or Arabic is an asset, along with familiarity with remote leadership and global team coordination.
