This executive leadership role works closely with the CEO and senior management team to strengthen operational performance, improve organizational efficiency, and support the company’s long-term growth. At Iron Branch Wealth, the Senior Vice President of Operations will lead cross-functional operational initiatives, establish scalable management processes, and ensure that daily business activities align with the company’s strategic priorities. The role plays a key part in coordinating teams, managing operational resources, and supporting the development of a sustainable and efficient business structure. Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Operations Leadership Oversee the company’s overall operational strategy and ensure alignment with corporate goals and long-term business objectives. Develop and implement operational plans, performance standards, and management procedures to support sustainable growth. Work closely with executive leadership to identify operational priorities, evaluate business performance, and drive organizational improvements. Business Process Optimization Evaluate existing workflows and operational procedures to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and productivity. Establish standardized processes and internal controls to improve consistency, accountability, and execution across departments. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline business operations and support organizational scalability. Cross-Functional Management Coordinate with finance, client services, business development, compliance, and other relevant departments to ensure effective collaboration. Establish clear communication channels and operational reporting procedures across teams. Support department leaders in resolving operational challenges, managing priorities, and achieving business objectives. Performance Management and Reporting Monitor key operational performance indicators and assess progress toward organizational targets. Prepare operational reports, management updates, and strategic recommendations for executive leadership. Use performance data and operational insights to support informed decision-making and improve business outcomes. Resource and Risk Management Oversee the allocation of operational resources to support business priorities and maintain efficient use of company resources. Identify operational risks, evaluate potential business disruptions, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies. Support the development and maintenance of internal policies, operational controls, and procedures consistent with applicable regulatory and company standards. Organizational Development Support workforce planning, leadership development, and the establishment of effective management structures. Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. Guide operational teams through organizational changes, process enhancements, and business expansion initiatives. Collaboration and ReportingThe Senior Vice President of Operations works directly with the CEO and executive leadership team to coordinate strategic initiatives, oversee operational execution, and ensure that company-wide priorities are implemented effectively. The position collaborates with department heads and operational teams to maintain consistent standards, strengthen internal communication, and improve overall organizational performance. Work ArrangementThis is a fully remote position based in the United States. The successful executive will manage operational responsibilities remotely, participate in virtual leadership meetings, coordinate cross-functional teams, and maintain effective communication with stakeholders across the organization.
