Role Description The Senior Vice-President of Product Management at Droxen is a full-time, remote leadership role overseeing the vision, strategy, and execution of Droxen’s product portfolio for white-label Shopify solutions. This role is responsible for defining product strategy, setting roadmaps, and ensuring alignment with the needs of agency partners and their clients. Day-to-day activities include leading cross-functional product teams, prioritizing features and enhancements, reviewing product performance data, and making informed decisions based on market trends and analytics. The SVP collaborates closely with engineering, design, sales, and customer success to ensure timely delivery of high-impact product initiatives. The role also involves mentoring product managers, refining product processes, and representing the product organization in executive discussions and external partner meetings.
Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in Product Strategy and Product Management, with a track record of building and scaling digital or SaaS products. Strong Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret data, define metrics, and make evidence-based decisions. Proven Team Leadership capabilities, including mentoring product professionals and fostering a collaborative, inclusive culture. Solid Project Management experience, with the ability to manage complex initiatives, prioritize effectively, and deliver on deadlines. Extensive experience in eCommerce or Shopify ecosystem, ideally with agency or white-label partnerships. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align executives, teams, and partners on product priorities. Background in product-led organizations; familiarity with agile methodologies and iterative development practices. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or equivalent experience is beneficial.
