Senior Vice President of Regional Operations

Role Description The Senior Vice President of Regional Operations is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing operational performance across multiple regions. This role leads regional teams, ensures consistent execution of business strategies, and drives operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring key performance metrics, managing budgets and P&L for assigned regions, and aligning regional operations with company goals. The SVP collaborates with cross-functional leaders to improve processes, standardize best practices, and support strategic initiatives and projects. This position also involves mentoring regional leaders, resolving escalated operational issues, and identifying opportunities for growth and service improvement.

Qualifications

Strong Operations Management experience, including leading multi-site or regional teams and optimizing processes. Demonstrated P&L Management skills, with a track record of managing budgets, forecasting, and improving financial performance. Customer Service leadership experience, with the ability to design and enforce service standards that enhance client satisfaction. Strategic Planning capabilities, including setting regional priorities, developing long-term operational plans, and aligning with corporate strategy. Project Management skills to oversee complex initiatives, manage timelines and resources, and deliver results across regions. Proven senior leadership experience, with the ability to influence, coach, and develop diverse teams in a remote environment.
