Develop and execute company-wide transformation and growth strategies. Lead organizational improvement and business development initiatives. Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and market expansion. Oversee strategic projects and cross-functional execution. Establish performance metrics and monitor transformation outcomes. Support strategic partnerships and long-term business planning. Advise executive leadership on organizational change and business priorities. Build and lead high-performing teams. Qualifications15+ years of experience in business transformation, corporate strategy, operations, or organizational development. Proven senior executive leadership experience. Strong background in strategic planning, change management, and business growth. Demonstrated success leading complex organizational initiatives. Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills. Bachelor's degree in business, management, finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
