Role Description The Senior Vice President Product Management is a full-time remote role responsible for defining and driving the product vision, strategy, and roadmap across the organization. This position leads cross-functional product teams, aligning engineering, operations, sales, and marketing around clear priorities and measurable outcomes. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing product discovery and development, setting performance goals, reviewing product metrics, and making data-informed decisions to optimize the product portfolio. The SVP will mentor product managers, establish and refine product management processes, and ensure timely delivery of initiatives that support business growth and customer satisfaction. This role also involves regular collaboration with senior leadership to communicate product plans, risks, and opportunities, and to champion a product-first mindset throughout the company.

Qualifications

Demonstrated expertise in Product Management and Product Strategy, with a track record of building and scaling successful products. Strong Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret data, define KPIs, and make evidence-based decisions. Proven Team Leadership capabilities, including mentoring product professionals and leading cross-functional initiatives. Solid Project Management experience, with the ability to prioritize, plan, and deliver complex, multi-team initiatives on schedule. Extensive experience in senior product leadership roles, ideally within growth-oriented or technology-driven organizations. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex product concepts to non-technical audiences. Comfort working in a remote environment, with strong self-management and collaboration skills across distributed teams. Advanced degree in business, technology, or a related field is beneficial; equivalent experience in senior product roles is highly valued.
