Role Description The Senior Vice President Product Management is a full-time, remote role responsible for defining and executing Droxen’s product vision and strategy across white-label Shopify solutions and related services. This role oversees the end-to-end product lifecycle, including market and customer research, roadmap development, requirements definition, and prioritization of new features and enhancements. The SVP will collaborate closely with engineering, design, sales, and agency partners to ensure products meet market needs, are scalable, and deliver clear value. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading product discovery, reviewing product performance metrics, refining positioning and offerings, and ensuring alignment between product initiatives and company objectives. The role will also involve building and mentoring a high-performing product organization, improving product management processes, and driving continuous innovation in Droxen’s service portfolio.
Qualifications
Strong Product Strategy and Product Management skills, with experience owning product roadmaps and leading end-to-end product lifecycles. Advanced Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret data, define KPIs, and make evidence-based product decisions. Demonstrated Team Leadership capabilities, with experience mentoring product managers and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, prioritization, execution oversight, and risk management for complex initiatives. Extensive experience in eCommerce or SaaS products; familiarity with Shopify and agency business models is highly beneficial. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present product plans and outcomes to executive and external stakeholders. Proven track record of working effectively in a remote, distributed environment and managing teams across time zones. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline); advanced degree is an advantage.
