Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Virtual Architectural Drafting Specialist to join our dynamic design team. In this remote, full‑time role, you will be the backbone of our design production process, turning conceptual ideas into detailed, construction‑ready drawings and immersive 3D models. Your expertise will directly influence the quality and efficiency of our residential projects, ensuring that every client receives a flawless, visually compelling design experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting Excellence: Produce accurate, detailed architectural drawings for residential construction, remodeling, and renovation projects using Chief Architect and other industry‑standard tools.
• 3D Modeling & Rendering: Create high‑fidelity 3D models and photorealistic renderings that showcase design intent and help clients visualize their future homes.
• Presentation Development: Prepare polished presentation materials, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and 3D walkthroughs, tailored to client needs and project milestones.
• Project Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, architects, and interior designers to ensure design consistency, resolve technical issues, and meet project deadlines.
• Quality Assurance: Review and refine drawings for accuracy, compliance with local building codes, and alignment with project specifications.
• Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline drafting workflows, adopt new technologies, and improve overall design efficiency.

Essential Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in architectural drafting or residential design production.
• Proficiency in Chief Architect, with a strong track record of producing construction‑ready drawings and detailed 3D models.
• Experience creating residential construction drawing sets, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details.
• Proficiency in rendering tools and the ability to produce photorealistic visualizations that enhance client presentations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines in a remote environment.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering high‑quality work.

Compensation & Benefits
