This role requires deep expertise in ServiceNow SPM modules, platform development, integrations, automation, reporting, and modern AI-assisted development practices.

Key Responsibilities

ServiceNow SPM Development Configure and customize ServiceNow SPM modules, including: Demand Management Project Portfolio Management Project Management Program Management Agile Development Resource Management Financial Planning Portfolio Management Intake workflows Financial tracking solutions Portfolio health dashboards Configure roadmap planning, portfolio hierarchies, funding models, and strategic objectives. Develop scalable and maintainable solutions following ServiceNow best practices. Participate in platform upgrades and instance health improvement initiatives. Identify opportunities to automate manual portfolio and project management activities using AI-driven solutions.
