RESPONSIBILITIES: Travel across St. Petersburg and nearby communities such as Clearwater, Largo, and Pinellas Park to notarize loan documents, real estate closings, refinances, wills, and powers of attorney. Administer oaths and affirmations, take acknowledgments, witness signatures, verify identities, and certify copies in full compliance with Florida law — in person or via remote online notarization. QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS: U.S. citizenship required; high school diploma or equivalent. Notary Public commission (we can guide you to certification). Successful background check. Comfort with loan and real estate signings. Strong communicator with integrity and a willingness to learn. JOB REQUIREMENTS: High-speed Internet connection, a dependable computer with camera and microphone, a home-office setup, and reliable transportation with a willingness to travel throughout St. Petersburg as needed. PAYMENT: $75.00 to $200.00 per loan signing appointment.
