Responsibilities

• Pick up plans and permit packets from designated locations.
• Print documents when required.
• Submit applications, revisions, and plans to local building departments.
• Wait for processing or review when required.
• Pick up approved permits and return documents as instructed.
• Provide status updates, receipts, and proof of completion.

Requirements

• Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
• Smartphone for communication, photos, and job updates.
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Availability during building department business hours.
• Permit running, solar, construction, or inspection experience preferred.

Pay & Scheduling

• Paid per completed job; rate and scope confirmed before acceptance.
• Compensation varies based on travel, scope, and anticipated wait time.
