Founded by young professionals with backgrounds in psychology and counseling, the organization offers tiered support including free peer support, professional counseling, and training programs for students interested in mental health careers. Studentsay focuses on reducing stigma around mental health in Chinese communities and making it easier for students to seek help. The team works fully remotely and is distributed across China, the U.S., the U.K., and other regions.

Responsibilities

Wrote engaging articles for text-based platforms such as WeChat Official Accounts and Xiaohongshu (RED), increasing brand visibility and audience reach. Created psychology columns, counseling case stories, and other mental health content that made professional insights accessible to a general audience. Collaborated with the graphic designer to adapt layouts for each platform’s format and audience.

Requirements

Requirements:Strong writing skills and a genuine interest in exploring people's inner thoughts. (Samples of previous work may be sent to the recruitment contact.) Skilled at interview-based and professional/specialized writing Familiar with how WeChat Official Accounts, Xiaohongshu, and similar platforms operate; able to use tools such as Xiumi and Canva. A background in psychology, journalism, or media studies is preferred.
