About the Opportunity: The SOFTWARE ENGINEER II, FULLSTACK (APP EXPERIENCE) role is designed to drive front-end development projects that influence the organization's mobile and web applications. This position involves breaking down large projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of technical solutions. The role plays a vital part in maintaining application performance and availability, contributing to the overall product development lifecycle, and fostering team growth and collaboration. Responsibilities: Break down larger projects into manageable tasks and deliver in phases Collaborate with product management, design, and analytics teams during product development Articulate technical constraints and participate in risk and trade-off decisions Monitor and support operational aspects of team deliverables Participate in on-call and maintenance efforts Engage in team growth activities including interviews Requirements: Minimum 1.5 years of experience as a software engineer Experience developing web applications with declarative UI frameworks like React or Vue Experience developing mobile applications using native or cross-platform technologies such as React Native Experience designing, developing, and launching scalable APIs using languages like Kotlin or Python Ability to create clear, maintainable, well-tested code addressing complex business scenarios Proficiency in navigating large codebases and providing constructive code reviews Demonstrated ownership of personal growth with proactive feedback seeking Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective global collaboration Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience Pay Range and Compensation Package: Base pay range for U.S. states CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT: $165,000 - $225,000 per year Base pay range for other U.S. states: $146,000 - $206,000 per year Compensation includes total package with equity rewards, monthly stipends for health, wellness, and technology expenses, and benefits including fully subsidized medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and dependents Benefits & Perks: Medical insurance fully covered for employees and dependents Dental insurance fully covered for employees and dependents Vision insurance fully covered for employees and dependents Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
