Software Engineering Manager

This employer is seeking a Software Engineering Manager to lead the development of advanced security technology solutions. The role focuses on guiding technical architecture, mentoring engineering teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software products. The Role Lead, mentor, and grow a team of software engineers while driving project deliverables and timelines. Oversee the technical direction, architecture, and design for both new and existing software products. Manage the full software development lifecycle, including planning, code reviews, testing, and release management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate specialized models into software platforms. Serve as a technical point of contact for internal stakeholders and customers. What You'll Need 10 years of software development experience, including 5 years in a leadership or management capacity. Proficiency in .NET/C# and Python, with experience across Linux and Windows environments. Experience with modern frontend frameworks, infrastructure, and DevOps practices such as Docker and CI/CD.
