Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Hearth provides software and AI tools for home improvement contractors. The Inbound Account Executive converts warm inbound interest into revenue by qualifying leads, demonstrating products, and closing deals, then handing customers off to Customer Success.
Responsibilities
- Managed an inbound pipeline and make outbound calls to engage contractors who've already reached out — no cold calling, no prospecting required
- Qualify each lead quickly and run real discovery to understand what the contractor needs
- Run live product demos and close deals, often within that first call
- Work new inbound leads daily and manage your active pipeline
- Own a monthly quota of closed deals. The number of deals depends on deals size
- Ensure strong onboarding by cleanly handing customers off to the Customer Success team
- Keep your pipeline and activity accurately logged in Salesforce and Dialpad
Skills
- You close at a high rate
- Whether you've sourced your own pipeline or worked off demos an SDR set up for you, you can point to real numbers — close rate, quota attainment
- You've managed an inbound sales pipeline
- If your sales background is mainly managing an existing book of accounts
- If you have not closed deals in a short sales cycle
- Experience , selling into the trades or home improvement space
