Software Project Manager, Professional Services (Remote)

For our client, we are seeking a Software Project Manager, Professional Services (Remote) to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will lead the planning and execution of client-facing service delivery projects, with a strong focus on scope, timelines, and successful onboarding outcomes. You will partner closely with technical leaders, Customer Success, and clients to ensure services are delivered efficiently and with a high standard of quality. The position also plays a key role in pre-sales support, process improvement, and reporting on project health and risk. Location: Remote Compensation: $109,715 – $150,858 annually

Responsibilities

Define execution strategies for service delivery and project scope Collaborate with technical leadership and Customer Success on onboarding Serve as the services delivery expert during pre-sales engagements Develop repeatable processes and templates for efficiency Manage project timelines to ensure on-time service delivery Oversee strategic delivery for one-time projects and account growth Prepare insightful reports on project progress and risks Qualifications 8+ years of experience in large-scale services delivery Strong skills in Gantt project scheduling and resource management Experience with complex projects in web and mobile applications Preferred background in construction or financial SaaS industries Innovative and adaptable mindset with a focus on goal achievement Deep understanding of value drivers and standard operating procedures Proven success in managing professional services projects over $100K PMP and/or CAPM certification strongly preferred
