Software Training Specialist

Myadultdaycare is looking for EHR and practice management software Trainer. 100% remote position. responsibilities are: Prior EMR/EHR training experience is a MUST Trains all new and current ADC providers clients/employees, in all aspects of the Myadultdaycare.com electronic health record/ practice management and Billing systems on system capabilities. Will provide virtually, pre and post “Go Live” training for all new clients. Will serve as a technical expert responsible for Myadultdaycare EHR and Practice management systems. Will be responsible for assisting clients in on-boarding and initial training Will assist clients in creating customized forms/careplan templates Will assist clients in Billing data setup and Billing system training Will assist in Customer support for problem resolution and assistance The Myadultdaycare Trainer must have the following qualifications and/or experience: 2+ years of training experience with any Healthcare EHR/PM and Billing system. High School Diploma or GED required. College degree preferred. We offer a competitive compensation package.
