Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end architecture and design governance for the Ennov RIM implementation. Configure regulatory master data, submission templates, workflows, and correspondence processes. Design and implement regulatory submission workflows, approval routing, and archival strategies. Develop reporting dashboards and analytics for regulatory operations and submission tracking. Architect integrations supporting master data management and submission content development. Define and execute data migration strategies for existing regulatory submissions and archives. Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Enterprise Architecture, Security, Data, and Vendor teams. Ensure platform scalability, compliance, governance, and alignment with enterprise architecture standards. Required Qualifications 10+ years of enterprise application architecture experience. 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect leading enterprise software implementations. Strong expertise in Regulatory Information Management (RIM) platforms. Prior implementation experience with Regulatory Affairs, Quality Management Systems (QMS), or Life Sciences platforms. Deep understanding of regulatory submissions, registrations, submission publishing, regulatory correspondence, and archival processes. Experience with enterprise integrations, workflow automation, reporting, and large-scale data migrations. Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
