Hiring: Sourcing Operations Specialist (EDA / 3PIP) Work Setup: 100% Remote (US-based) Type: Full-Time Contract (40 hrs/week) Industry: Semiconductor / High-Tech We are seeking a detail-driven Sourcing Operations Specialist to support procurement execution, contract tracking, and vendor operations across Electronic Design Automation (EDA) and Third-Party IP (3PIP) licensing programs. What You’ll Do Procurement Execution: Manage purchase requisitions, procurement workflows, and vendor onboarding in Oracle ERP . Financial & Compliance Tracking: Track NRE, royalty, usage-based fees, and license milestones to ensure contractual alignment. Data & Tool Management: Maintain third-party IP licensing databases, project trackers, and budget consolidation models using advanced Excel. Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with engineering, finance, legal, and sourcing teams to gather inputs, generate tracking dashboards, and ensure smooth supplier engagements. Must-Have Requirements 4+ years of direct experience in procurement or sourcing operations (experience in semiconductor, technology, EDA, or IP licensing is highly preferred). Advanced Excel & Analytical Skills: Proven ability to manage complex tracking models, large datasets, and structured reporting. ERP Experience: Hands-on experience with Oracle or equivalent enterprise procurement platforms. Multi-Tool Data Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple operational workflows and datasets simultaneously with high accuracy. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience).
