About the Opportunity: Innodata is seeking talented language specialists to contribute to AI speech technology projects. Help improve speech recognition systems through accurate audio transcription, speech-data validation, and linguistic quality assurance—all while working remotely. Review and validate audio files and transcripts. Identify transcription errors, dialect variations, and linguistic nuances. Evaluate and improve AI-generated speech recognition results. Maintain high-quality standards and meet project deadlines. Requirements: Native or fluent proficiency in at least one listed language. Strong writing and listening skills. Excellent attention to detail and familiarity with language conventions. Previous experience in transcription, ASR, audio annotation, or linguistic quality assurance is an advantage. Engagement Details: Contract Type: Freelance / Independent Contractor Work Arrangement: Fully remote—work from home. Commitment: Approximately 30–40 hours per week. Compensation: $5–$20 per hour, depending on experience, location and language expertise. Payment Terms: Confirmed by the recruiter or outlined in the contractor agreement.
