Supportive clinical culture:collaborate with an experienced interdisciplinary team that values clinical excellence and patient-centered innovation.What you'll do:Perform virtual evaluations to determine older adults' appropriateness for at-home VR-based speech therapyDevelop individualized plans of care targeting cognition, language, speech, voice, and functional communicationProvide ongoing clinical oversight, progress monitoring, and plan-of-care modifications using outcome dataConduct follow-ups, re-evaluations, and discharges with functional, quality-of-lifedriven goalsDocument evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries in compliance with medical and facility standardsCoordinate care with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to support continuity of careWhat we're looking for:Licensed speech-language pathologist (CCC-SLP)Minimum 3 years of clinical experience, preferably with older adultsMulti-state licensureStrong experience with adult and geriatric diagnoses (e.g., stroke, Parkinson's disease, dementia, mild cognitive impairment)Comfort with digital platforms and enthusiasm for technology-enabled care deliveryAbility to manage a higher-volume remote caseload with strong clinical judgment and organizationPrivate home office with reliable internetBonus points for:Prior telehealth experience with older adultsBackground in neurorehabilitation or cognitive-communication therapyExperience using outcome measures or analytics to guide treatment decisions Experience: 3 years required
