Sponsorship Due Diligence Consultant

JCW is working on a 6-month contract with a top-15 US bank. The role is set up to convert to a permanent position. The bank is a year into building its BIN Sponsorship program across acquiring, issuing and commercial cards. It needs an experienced risk and compliance professional to lead due diligence and onboarding of fintech partners. What you’ll bring: Broad risk and compliance knowledge across BSA/AML, KYC/KYB, third-party risk, compliance and operations Experience onboarding or assessing fintech partners at a sponsor or BaaS bank, or managing that process from the fintech side Confidence leading substantive BSA/AML discussions and challenging less mature compliance programs Comfort speaking both fintech and banking language BIN Sponsorship experience is a strong plus CAMS or deep BSA/AML specialist experience is highly valued Details: 6-month contract with intent to convert to permanent Fully remote; candidates in Eastern or Central time zones preferred Competitive hourly rate
