Only looking for candidates who can work on W2 Strictly no C2C or third-party vendors Job Title: Sr. ERP Benefits Analyst (SAP) Location: Remote (Preference for EST or CST) Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior ERP Benefits Business Analyst with deep expertise in SAP HR Benefits Administration to support the ongoing maintenance, configuration, troubleshooting, and enhancement of the SAP Benefits module. This is a hands-on contract role focused exclusively on SAP Benefits administration and support. There are no Workday-related responsibilities associated with this engagement. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional and technical SAP HR knowledge, demonstrate the ability to analyze and resolve complex issues, and collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and other business stakeholders in a highly integrated SAP environment. Required Qualifications 5+ years of SAP HR/Payroll functional experience with significant focus on SAP Benefits Administration. Advanced knowledge of SAP HR processes and configuration, including one or more of the following modules:

Administration Personnel Administration (PA) Payroll Time Management Organizational Management (OM) Personnel Budgeting and Cost Planning (PBC) Strong experience supporting and resolving complex SAP HR production issues. Knowledge of SAP reporting tools, including Ad Hoc Query and standard SAP reporting. Experience working in integrated SAP environments and supporting cross-functional business processes. Understanding of payroll and human resources regulations and compliance requirements. Experience with SAP problem-solving methodologies and familiarity with SAP OSS support processes. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced support environment. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
