Sr Product Manager (Financial & startup environment)

Job Title: Senior Product Manager – Financial Stewardship & Startup environment Location: 100% Remote Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary Seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and expansion of financial stewardship products for churches. This role will focus on identifying financial services opportunities, defining product strategy, evaluating build-versus-buy decisions, and launching new financial products and integrations within an existing SaaS platform. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience launching financial products from concept to market, strong financial services knowledge, and a proven track record of leading 0-to-1 product development. Required Qualifications 5–7+ years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS or technology-driven organizations. Demonstrated experience developing and launching financial products, financial services, integrations, or significant financial capabilities. Proven 0-to-1 product management experience, from discovery and concept development through launch and iteration. Experience managing the complete product development lifecycle. Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making abilities. Experience making build-versus-buy decisions and delivering results in ambiguous environments.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with accounting, payroll, spend management, or financial management software. Experience integrating third-party financial products or services into SaaS platforms. Experience with strategic partnerships and financial technology ecosystems. B2B SaaS experience involving CRM, accounting, payroll, or other financial tools.
