Staff Data Scientist, Growth (Fully Remote)

Define and own how Alpaca measures growth across the entire customer journey—from acquisition and activation to retention and monetization. Set the technical direction and the North Star for growth. Work through Product, Marketing, Sales, and Engineering to decide what moves the needle. What You'll Do: Own the growth funnel end-to-end, analyzing acquisition, activation, retention, referral, and monetization. Run the growth experimentation engine, designing A/B tests and causal/incrementality studies. Model growth with retention/cohort analyses, churn and LTV models, and forecasts.
