Competitive, Percentage-Based Fee-for-Service Compensation Clinical Couch of Connecticut, LLC offers a highly competitive and fair percentage-based compensation structure designed to appropriately recognize and reward the professional expertise of our clinicians. Compensation is based on an agreed-upon percentage split of collected service fees, with reimbursement varying according to professional licensure, insurance payer contracts, and services provided. Our compensation model is designed to offer clinicians strong earning potential while providing the flexibility and administrative support of an established telehealth practice. Specific percentage arrangements will be discussed during the interview process. What We Offer

At Clinical Couch of Connecticut, we understand that clinicians do their best work when they have the freedom to practice independently without being overwhelmed by administrative responsibilities. We provide Complete Scheduling Flexibility: Choose your own working days, hours, and availability. Work as much or as little as you prefer, without minimum caseload requirements. 100% Remote, Statewide Practice: Provide telehealth counseling to eligible clients throughout Connecticut. No commuting or in-person appointments are required. Electronic Health Record (EHR): Access to our practice's EHR system and clinical documentation tools. Telehealth Platform: Access to the telehealth technology necessary to conduct virtual counseling sessions. Billing Services: Administrative billing support, including insurance claim submission and payment processing. Office Management Support: Assistance with administrative operations and practice-related coordination. Marketing and Advertising: Clinical Couch of Connecticut actively promotes the practice and develops professional referral relationships. Client Referrals: New client referrals will be offered as they become available. Referral volume is not guaranteed. Professional Independence: Maintain control over your clinical schedule and exercise independent professional judgment within applicable clinical, ethical, and contractual standards. Build and Grow Your Own Caseload We welcome and encourage counselors who already maintain an established client caseload and wish to transition or expand their practice through Clinical Couch of Connecticut, subject to client choice, applicable agreements, insurance participation, and continuity-of-care requirements. We also encourage clinicians to: Independently market their professional counseling services. Build relationships with community organizations and referral sources. Develop their own professional networks. Pursue clinical specialties and populations that align with their expertise. Grow their caseload at a pace that fits their personal and professional goals. While clinicians are encouraged to develop their own referral networks, Clinical Couch of Connecticut will also actively advertise the practice, pursue referral opportunities, and distribute incoming referrals as appropriate. You bring your clinical expertise and professional goals. We provide the infrastructure and administrative support to help you focus on client care. Scheduling and Availability We believe that professional flexibility should be meaningful. As an independent contractor, you determine your own clinical availability, including the days and hours you wish to provide services. There are no required shifts or minimum weekly clinical hours. We simply request timely communication regarding planned vacations, extended absences, or changes in availability so that our administrative team can appropriately coordinate patient communications and support continuity of care.

Qualifications

We welcome applications from Connecticut-licensed professionals, including: Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC) Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselors (LADC) Other independently licensed behavioral health professionals whose credentials and scope of practice meet applicable requirements Required Qualifications: Active, unrestricted Connecticut professional license appropriate to the services provided. Eligibility to provide telehealth counseling services to clients located throughout Connecticut. Ability to provide independent clinical services within the scope of professional licensure. Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and treatment-planning skills. Commitment to ethical, compassionate, evidence-based, and client-centered care. Ability to maintain professional boundaries, confidentiality, and HIPAA-compliant clinical practices. Reliable internet access and a private, confidential environment suitable for telehealth counseling. Preferred Qualifications: Existing credentialing or participation with commercial insurance panels. Established client caseload or professional referral network. Experience providing telehealth counseling. Clinical experience in mental health, substance use disorders, trauma, or related behavioral health specialties. Already credentialed with insurance companies? That's a bonus! Clinicians with established insurance panel participation are especially encouraged to apply, although existing credentialing is not a requirement.
