Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Store Manager within the Hotels & Restaurants segment of Meharwing Services Pvt Ltd. The Store Manager will oversee day-to-day store operations, including inventory control, stock replenishment, ordering, and coordination with suppliers to ensure timely availability of products. The role includes managing staff schedules, monitoring performance, and guiding team members to maintain service standards and operational efficiency. The Store Manager will track sales, analyze store performance, implement loss prevention measures, and ensure adherence to company policies and hospitality best practices. The position also involves maintaining customer-focused processes, resolving operational issues, and collaborating with management to support overall business objectives.

Qualifications

Strong store management and operational skills, including experience with inventory control and daily retail or hospitality operations. Customer service and customer satisfaction skills, with a focus on delivering positive guest experiences in hotel and restaurant settings. Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members, suppliers, and management. Knowledge of retail loss prevention practices and the ability to implement controls to reduce shrinkage and maintain compliance. Previous experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or retail environments, preferably in multi-outlet or chain operations. Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and use digital tools for reporting and coordination. Proficiency in basic computer applications and POS or store management systems. Relevant education in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
