Strategic Customer Success Executive – Florida – Enterprise Account Growth & Retention Leader
About brighthush – Transforming Community Care Through Technology
At brighthush, we are on a mission to unlock the potential of every community by connecting health, social, and government services through a unified, data‑driven platform. Founded in 2013, our founders witnessed the fragmented experience that individuals—especially veterans and their families—face when navigating care. They built a solution that now powers a national network of community‑based organizations, health systems, and public agencies, enabling them to collaborate, predict needs, deliver services, and measure outcomes that improve whole‑person health.
Our technology is more than software; it is a catalyst for social impact, economic efficiency, and better health outcomes. As we continue to scale across the United States, we need passionate, results‑focused leaders who can turn complex relationships into measurable value. If you thrive on building strategic partnerships, love solving ambiguous problems, and want to make a tangible difference in people’s lives, the Customer Success Executive – Florida role at brighthush is your next career milestone.
