Your work will directly influence how thousands of customers interact with brighthush’s platform every day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Journey Design & Optimization – Own the design, execution, and continuous improvement of lifecycle journeys across onboarding, adoption, engagement, renewal, churn prevention, reactivation, and SMB segments.

  • Campaign Ops Collaboration – Partner with Campaign Operations (Campaign Ops) and Marketing Operations (MOps) to ensure seamless implementation, QA, deliverability, and monitoring.
  • Lead the Monthly Product Updates newsletter, from content intake and calendar planning to performance reporting.
  • Conduct performance reviews, identify gaps or risks, and recommend actionable improvements. Escalate issues through the agreed process.
  • Support the migration from Mandrill to Marketo by building briefs, mapping content, and defining journey requirements.
  • Track and report on journey health, adoption, re‑engagement, renewal, and churn‑prevention metrics, sharing insights with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, marketing operations, and analytics teams to develop campaigns and produce accurate reports.
  • Run routine optimizations and A/B tests, document learnings, and recommend enhancements.
  • Leverage AI and automation to accelerate drafting, reporting, and routine tasks while maintaining ownership of launch, measurement, and follow‑through.
  • Make data‑driven decisions on journey experience and optimization within your portfolio, contributing to broader lifecycle strategy and prioritization.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience in email/CRM/lifecycle marketing, ideally within a data‑driven, experimental, stage‑based campaign model.
  • 1+ year of B2B experience; SaaS/enterprise software background is a plus.
  • Proven track record of improving customer communications or lifecycle journeys using customer insights and performance data.
  • Strong working knowledge of marketing automation platforms and CRMs (Marketo and Salesforce experience preferred), including segmentation, dynamic content, and campaign tracking.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, a commitment to clean QA practices, and polished deliverables.
  • Ability to manage multiple programs and deadlines independently within defined architecture, intake rules, and launch gates.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to report on performance and flag risks to cross‑functional partners.
  • A customer‑first mindset and passion for crafting targeted, impactful user experiences.
  • A constant learner who stays ahead of the evolving digital marketing landscape, including AI and smart automation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
