The Strategy Coordinator (SC) leads a team with a clear plan to pursue streams of multiplying churches to the fourth generation and beyond, spending 60+ days per year within their defined segment. The SC has demonstrated effectiveness as a seed sower and church planter, either locally or within their field context

The SC models a lifestyle of evangelism, discipleship, and ministry multiplication. They mentor individuals, churches, ministries, and partners to do the same in order to achieve fourth-generation disciple-making and church planting. The SC and their team must develop and implement a plan that guides themselves and others toward movement, while identifying and filling strategic gaps so that every person and every place within their segment is reached.

Essential Duties

• Work as part of an e3 Team.
• Be a practitioner of e3’s CPM methodology and Four Fields.
• Steward the resources necessary to implement the strategy within their targets.
• Responsible for “Training the Trainers” in their region.
• Mentoring potential leadership candidates in the region.
• Offer options for training resources for personal development.
• Receives coaching from e3 appointed Player/Coach
• Train minimum 250 people annually in Gospel Conversations
• Perform ministerial duties associated with planting, leading and multiplying churches

Ministry Responsibilities

• Has the duty to interact with others as an ambassador of faith.
• Tasked with performing duties according to the Word of God and Biblical standards as drawn from the Holy Scripture.
• Has a duty to assist others to cultivate intimacy with God and growth in Christ-like character through personal and corporate spiritual disciplines.
• Being completely surrendered to the Lordship of Jesus Christ.
• Bearing witness of Christian character in daily life by biblical definition.
• Being a member in good standing of a local church.
• Agreement and with the e3 Partners Doctrinal Statement.
• Is called to represent Christ and the beliefs of e3 to the larger community.

Steward the Strategy in pursuit of 4G Church

• Focus multiplying efforts toward the top priority targets (5 peoples and 5 places of about 200k in population) within the segment
• Identify the most effective tools to be implemented within the segment
• Understand who you can count on for what and work together towards the shared mission
• Participate in local team rhythms (i.e. worship, harvest, prayer, strategy) 
• Train and filter to find national partners who are competent as church planting multipliers to coach them using a 4 Fields process so they can train and coach multiplication of disciples and networks. 
• Track the progress toward the stated goals of the team and e3 within the adopted targets.

Work in relationship with a Player/Coach

• Receive monthly coaching
• Evaluate work through quarterly “Iron on Irons” (participating in semi-annual Mid-levels which includes I.O.I’s) 
• Will annually review their strategic plan with their team and have it approved by their coach AND the regional leadership team.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Church planting ministry experience in their region using a 4 Fields model to engage lostness by planting churches.
• Understands and agrees with the e3 Partners Vision, Mission and goals, including 4G church planting.
• Experience in training and coaching and mentoring from an e3 USA team.
• Experience as a strategist within the US.
• Experience to align with above responsibilities.

Spiritual Requirements

• Being completely surrendered to the Lordship of Jesus Christ.
• Bearing witness of Christian character in daily life by biblical definition.
• Being a member in good standing of a local church.
• Agreement and with the e3 Partners Doctrinal Statement.
• Is called to represent Christ and the beliefs of e3 to the larger community.
