SuccessFactors Delivery Executive
Job title: SuccessFactors Delivery Executive Work Mode: Remote Experience Level: 8-15 Years Job Overview We are seeking an experienced SuccessFactors Delivery Executive (SF DE) to lead an enterprise-wide SAP SuccessFactors program and drive strategic direction, governance, and accountability across HR transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP SuccessFactors program management, enterprise HR transformation, executive stakeholder engagement, and large-scale technology delivery. This individual will serve as the primary liaison between business and IT teams, collaborating closely with senior HR and IT leaders, including the VP of IT and C-suite executives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the SAP SuccessFactors program and align delivery with enterprise business objectives. Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, HR leadership, and IT teams. Engage with C-suite executives and senior leadership to provide strategic direction and program updates. Establish program governance, delivery frameworks, accountability, and reporting mechanisms. Provide strategic oversight of live SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central (EC), Recruiting, and Onboarding (ONB). Oversee the ongoing implementation of the Learning Management System (LMS). Align SuccessFactors initiatives with the client's ongoing SAP S/4HANA transformation. Support future implementation planning for SmartRecruiters and EMS. Manage program risks, dependencies, priorities, and delivery challenges. Drive collaboration, decision-making, and accountability across business and technology teams. Ensure effective stakeholder communication and alignment with the overall HR technology roadmap.
