[Remote] M365 Systems Administrator III

Seaglass Technology Partners, LLC is seeking an M365 Systems Administrator III to administer, secure, and continuously improve enterprise collaboration platforms and infrastructure services. The role maintains Microsoft 365 applications, manages Power Platform environments, supports AI-driven solutions, and helps ensure reliable, secure operations across the organization.

Responsibilities

• We are seeking an experienced M365 Systems Administrator to support the administration, security, and continuous improvement of enterprise collaboration platforms and infrastructure services
• This role will be responsible for maintaining Microsoft 365 applications, managing Power Platform environments, supporting AI-driven solutions, and ensuring reliable, secure operations across the organization

Skills

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S without employer sponsorship
• Associate Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Technology, or equivalent relevant professional experience
• Minimum of 5 years of related systems administration experience
• Advanced administration experience with Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Azure AD (Microsoft Entra ID)
• Experience administering and governing Microsoft Power Platform, including environment management, Dataverse, connectors, data loss prevention policies, security roles, tenant settings, and application lifecycle management
• Experience supporting AI agents or agentic AI platforms, including security, governance, access controls, and integrations
• Knowledge of Microsoft Purview eDiscovery, including case management, preservation, search, collection, and export processes
• Experience administering Proofpoint email security solutions
• Strong troubleshooting skills with experience resolving complex Level 2 and Level 3 technical issues
• Working knowledge of Active Directory, identity management, and networking fundamentals
• Ability to independently manage technical initiatives and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
