Talent Acquisition Specialist
About The Company Menska Ltd is seeking to strengthen its recruitment capability in the aviation sector by bringing specialist talent and hiring teams together. Aviation organizations depend on skilled professionals to support complex, safety-conscious, and highly coordinated operations. Finding people with the right experience, qualifications, and professional approach requires focused sourcing and a clear understanding of each role. Menska Ltd is looking for a recruitment professional who can build trusted relationships, develop relevant talent pipelines, and support hiring managers throughout the search process. About The Role The Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead full-cycle recruitment for specialist aviation positions. This is a remote opportunity based in the United States, with terms negotiable. The role covers each stage of recruitment, from gathering requirements and identifying candidates through interviews, offer coordination, and follow-up. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, agree on realistic search priorities, and provide consistent updates on progress. A proactive, relationship-driven approach will be important: success means not only responding to immediate vacancies but also engaging qualified passive candidates and maintaining connections that may support future hiring needs. This position suits someone who can manage several searches with care, communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders, and represent opportunities accurately and professionally. You will help create a considered candidate experience while balancing timely delivery with a thorough, organized recruitment process.
Qualifications
Applicants should bring experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or executive search, ideally including full-cycle hiring and specialist or technical roles. Familiarity with aviation-sector positions is valuable, as is the ability to understand role requirements and translate them into focused sourcing strategies. The successful candidate will be comfortable researching talent markets, identifying passive candidates, initiating thoughtful outreach, and maintaining accurate candidate records. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the confidence to consult with hiring managers, clarify expectations, and provide constructive updates. You should be organized, responsive, and able to prioritize competing searches in a remote working environment. Sound judgment, discretion, persistence, and a service-oriented mindset will help you build credibility with candidates and internal stakeholders. The ability to manage recruitment processes independently while collaborating effectively with a distributed team is also important.
Responsibilities
Lead recruitment from intake through completion for assigned aviation vacancies, ensuring each search has clear requirements, agreed priorities, and an appropriate sourcing plan. Partner with hiring managers to define role profiles, discuss candidate availability, set expectations, and keep stakeholders informed throughout the process. Identify, approach, and engage qualified active and passive candidates through relevant sourcing channels, professional networks, and direct outreach. Review applications and candidate backgrounds against role requirements, conduct initial conversations, and coordinate interviews with hiring teams. Maintain timely communication with candidates, provide clear information about the opportunity and next steps, and support a respectful experience throughout the process. Track search activity, maintain organized records, monitor pipeline progress, and share practical updates that help hiring managers make informed decisions. Coordinate offer-related communication and follow up as appropriate, while handling candidate and business information with discretion. Build and nurture talent pipelines for current and potential specialist hiring needs, and identify opportunities to improve recruitment coordination and candidate engagement.
Benefits
This remote, United States-based opportunity offers the flexibility of working outside a traditional office setting and the chance to contribute to specialist hiring across the aviation sector. You will have the opportunity to build talent pipelines, work directly with hiring managers, and influence recruitment from initial search through candidate engagement and hiring coordination. Employment terms are negotiable. Specific compensation, benefits, equipment, and working arrangements can be discussed during the recruitment process and confirmed with Menska Ltd. Equal Opportunity Menska Ltd is committed to fair and respectful recruitment. Candidates should be assessed on their relevant skills, experience, and ability to perform the role. We welcome applicants from different backgrounds and aim to provide a professional, inclusive experience throughout the hiring process. Applicants may discuss any reasonable adjustments needed to participate in recruitment activities.
