Talent Coordinator

The Pique Agency is looking for a Talent Coordinator with direct experience in the creator economy—someone who understands how creators and brands work together, communicates confidently, and is ready to take the next step into talent management. You might be an experienced creator, UGC professional, influencer marketing coordinator, or brand partnerships specialist who has worked with brand collaborations, partnership negotiations, or creator relationships. You know the industry, take initiative, and are ready to turn that experience into meaningful opportunities for talent. At The Pique Agency, you’ll work directly with agency leadership, support a select roster of creators, and help build brand partnerships to drive growth. This is an opportunity to take real ownership, learn from industry specialists, and grow into a Talent Manager role as you demonstrate your impact. What You’ll Do Support talent: Manage daily creator communications, track campaign timelines and deliverables, and help ensure creators feel informed and supported. Build brand partnerships: Leverage your understanding of the brand landscape, existing industry relationships, and experience with pitching, negotiation, and contracts to create new partnership opportunities for our creators. Research prospective brands, develop targeted pitches, and turn the right connections into lasting relationships. Keep operations moving: Maintain organized systems, track opportunities, and take initiative to solve problems before they grow. Embody growth: Bring curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to take ownership. You’ll initially support a small roster of approximately four creators, while working closely with agency leadership. Who We’re Looking For Our non-negotiables: Excellent written communication skills Strong organization and attention to detail Initiative, reliability, and follow-through A working knowledge of the creator economy Consistent weekday availability and clear communication about your schedule Direct talent management experience and strong sales or upselling instincts are a plus, but not required.
