Remote Position

Technical Account Executive

๐ŸŒ Remote ยท United States ๐Ÿ’ผ Full-time

I'm hiring a Technical Account Executive. Here's the comp, the quota and the math, up front. $90,000 base. $150,000 OTE. $600,000 new ARR quota. That's $50,000 a month. 10% commission, uncapped. Year one is ramped to $375,000, in writing, before you sign. Remote, US. Do the math before you DM me: Average deal is about $15,000. Range is $10,000 to $50,000. That's three to four wins a month. Sales cycle runs about 40 days. At least 20% comes from your own prospecting. The rest comes from ERP and PLM partners and inbound. You inherit live partner deals on day one. What you'd sell: CADTALK translates engineering data into ERP. SolidWorks, Autodesk, Arena and Windchill into IFS, Infor, Microsoft Dynamics and Acumatica. We're self-funded and sold globally, from North America and Europe to Japan, Australia and the Middle East. Next, we're building generative AI into the platform. Prototypes run in-house today. Who crushes this seat You've sold to manufacturers, or you worked in engineering or manufacturing before sales. You run your own demos. There's no SE behind you. You ask for the sale, and you prospect without being told to. You forecast on evidence and drop dead deals fast. Who won't: anyone waiting on inbound, or anyone who needs a script for every step. If the math doesn't work for you, no hard feelings. Better you know now than in month four. If it does, or you know someone it fits, DM me a resume and the last two years of quota attainment. Full post is in the first comment. #hiring #manufacturing #ERP
