About the Opportunity: The TECHNICAL ARCHITECT SUPPORT role is centered on designing, developing, and implementing business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365. The position is responsible for delivering scalable applications and automating business processes while supporting the application lifecycle with modern DevOps and ALM practices. This role contributes to the organization's objectives by enabling efficient technology solutions that meet client requirements and enhance operational effectiveness. Responsibilities: Develop and configure Power Platform solutions, including Model-Driven Apps and Power Automate. Design and implement solutions using Dynamics 365, Dataverse, SharePoint, and Microsoft Entra. Configure and support Dynamics 365 Customer Service components. Assist with Power Pages development, interface design, and data migration. Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps for automation. Implement Power Platform ALM best practices using Power Platform Build Tools and Azure DevOps. Collaborate with project teams on sprint planning, user story development, and solution delivery. Troubleshoot issues and support enhancements within the Power Platform ecosystem. Requirements: Experience developing with Microsoft Power Platform, including Model-Driven Apps and Power Automate. Experience with Dynamics 365 development. Strong knowledge of Dataverse, SharePoint, and Microsoft Entra. Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps. Familiarity with Power Platform ALM tools and best practices. Ability to design and implement business solutions that meet client needs. US Citizenship. Secret Security Clearance. Pay Range and Compensation Package: The pay range for applicable states is $94,000 to $187,600 USD.
