The position involves collaborating with internal stakeholders and portfolio companies to support day-to-day operations, contribute to strategic initiatives, and assist with project planning and execution. Responsibilities may include coordinating cross-functional tasks, preparing reports and documentation, conducting research, and maintaining clear communication with team members and external partners. The role requires consistent, reliable availability during agreed working hours and proactive engagement in virtual meetings, planning sessions, and ongoing projects.

Qualifications

Ability to manage projects and prioritize tasks effectively, with strong organizational and time-management skills. Solid analytical and research capabilities, including gathering information, identifying trends, and presenting insights clearly. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate in a remote, cross-functional environment. Comfort working with digital tools and platforms commonly used in remote and investment-focused work settings. Demonstrated adaptability, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail in a fast-paced, changing environment. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, technology, or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in startups, venture capital, consulting, or related industries is an advantage but not required.
