Technical Trainer II, Digital Risk Protection We have an opportunity for a Technical Trainer II, Digital Risk Protection to join our Education Development, Delivery and Operations team in Brazil, reporting to the Director, Education Development, Delivery and Operations. In this pivotal role, you will deliver engaging technical learning experiences that help customers, partners, and internal teams understand and apply Infoblox’s Digital Risk Protection capabilities. Collaborating closely with Education, Product, Customer Success, Support, Sales, and subject matter experts, you will translate complex cybersecurity concepts into practical, learner-centered training. You will support adoption of solutions that help organizations identify and disrupt external threats, including brand abuse, phishing, impersonation, fraud, and credential exposure. You will also use data, automation, and responsible AI tools to improve training preparation, learner engagement, and program effectiveness. Be a Contributor — What You’ll Do - Deliver live and virtual technical training for customers, partners, and internal teams using approved Digital Risk Protection content and learning objectives - Customize examples, demonstrations, activities, and delivery approaches for different audiences, skill levels, and regional needs - Explain Digital Risk Protection concepts, workflows, use cases, and operational processes in a clear and practical manner - Demonstrate relevant Infoblox and Axur capabilities, including external threat discovery, threat validation, monitoring, disruption
