Tennessee Licensed Senior Counsel

To support a growing legal team, the part-time Tennessee Licensed Senior Counsel will draft, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements while providing regulatory and compliance advisory in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Draft, negotiate, and manage the full lifecycle of commercial agreements with various stakeholders in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors Act as the primary legal advisor for commercial, operations, and project management teams, translating legal requirements into actionable guidance Advise on regulatory and compliance matters across global operations, ensuring adherence to multi-jurisdictional regulations and data privacy laws Required qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar 5-7 years of experience in commercial and operational legal matters, preferably in laboratory services or highly regulated environments Proficiency in contract lifecycle management tools and legal technology platforms Experience managing and mentoring a team in a legal setting Ability to synthesize complex information and present clear recommendations to stakeholders Experience: 10 years required
