Title Examiner - Remote Opportunity

Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in property titles. Communicate with clients and other team members to provide updates and address any concerns. Utilize knowledge of real estate laws and regulations to accurately assess title risks. Maintain organized and detailed records of title examinations and related documents. Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure timely and efficient processing of title examinations. Continuously stay updated on changes and updates in real estate laws and regulations. Provide exceptional customer service to clients and maintain a positive and professional demeanor. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge. Contribute to a positive and productive team environment. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy. Meet productivity and quality standards set by the company.
