This fully remote role is ideal for organized professionals who enjoy creating customized travel plans and providing excellent client service.
Responsibilities
Manage bookings for accommodations, flights, and group travel arrangements Serve as the primary contact for clients and vendors throughout the planning process Provide detailed itineraries and guidance to ensure smooth travel experiences Stay up to date on travel trends, etc..
Qualifications
Strong communication and organizational skills Customer service experience preferred Ability to manage multiple clients and timelines Comfortable using booking platforms and digital tools Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S. Previous travel, hospitality, or event planning experience is a plus
