Responsibilities
Draft, review, and revise real estate transactional agreements, including purchase and sale agreements and loan documentation Draft and negotiate real estate capital markets documents, including JV operating agreements, syndication agreements, preferred equity agreements and other entity documents Coordinate with partners and paralegals to ensure transactions progress efficiently and deadlines are met Manage multiple matters, deadlines and client priorities simultaneously Work directly with clients and help drive transactions from start to finish Qualifications 4+ years of real estate transactional experience Must be admitted to the California Bar and in good standing Strong drafting and negotiation skills Experience with purchase and sale agreements (PSAs) and financing documentation Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between [$225,000 – $350,000 annually]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
