USA-Based Licensed PE Civil Engineer for Ongoing Site/Civil Consulting (Solar & BESS a Plus)

We're an engineering consulting firm with a steady pipeline of ongoing projects. We're looking for a licensed Professional Engineer (Civil) in the USA to become a long-term partner, not a one-off hire. You will design and stamp your own work as engineer of record. Any state of licensure is acceptable, but you must be able to get licensed in more states as projects require (an NCEES Record is a plus). Renewable energy experience (utility-scale solar PV, BESS) is a strong plus. Scope includes: - Full grading and drainage plans - Erosion and sedimentation control plans - Hydrology, hydraulics and 2D flow analyses - Utility crossing designs - Water quality management plans - Traffic and dust control plans - SPCC plans - NPDES compliance, SWPPP, QSD/QSP - Roadway and entrance designs REQUIRED IN YOUR PROPOSAL: Rate your experience from 1 to 10 for each of the nine services above. Proposals without the scores will not be considered.
